Check junk and spam folders for our email

Because we send a lot of emails, most generic email providers like hotmail and gmail etc. Consider our emails as spam unless you have whitelisted us

If you entered a valid email address which is the same as the one we have on file for you, then our system WILL send you an email (we get 20+ password reset requests every day, and the emails DO get sent straight away)

If you are using Google Chrome browser, there is a good chance it will not show the page confirming an email has been sent to you. However the email WILL have been sent, just check junk and spam
