I started my Dj career in 1995 at the age of twelve being fascinated by disco lighting and loving the loud music. The option to combine both was be a Dj, the perfect choice. The first thing I decided on was my disco name, Strobe Disco Roadshow. I chose this because I wanted to stand out and be different to the other DJs of that time who simply went by a personal name or something a little boring ‘Dave’s Disco’ (Sorry any Daves’)

I began by playing at children’s parties and school discos. This developed my Dj skills and built my knowledge and experience. By 1999, I was becoming more and more popular and my work moved to adult functions, festive events, corporate events, weddings and then went into the nightclub sector as a club Dj for well-known venues of the time including Chicago’s, Flares and Liquid.

In 2003 I decided I wanted to become more of a Wedding Dj and concentrated my business in this direction. I soon discovered a gap in the market for the younger wedding Dj and being only 20 myself, decided to fill this void. I invested all my savings at the time into a completely new Dj show and set out to become the youngest, most popular, and professional wedding Dj in the area. Building on experience this set me in a superb position going forward.

Coming to the present day, I have now expanded the business and run a team of five professional DJ’s, all working to the high standards and qualities I have established over the years. We have the pleasure of working in some stunning venues in the area, as well as private home weddings and are often booked to work at long-distances from our home base. 

You will see that we employ some of the most advanced sound and lighting equipment in the industry for superior music quality and the very best in visual lighting entertainment. We also have a range of additional products for those clients that really want the WOW factor for their special day.

We are not the cheapest Dj company in the area, neither are we the most expensive. Our aim is to deliver a high quality, reliable and excellent value for money Dj service. We will always provide an excellent service to you for your special day and will tailor it exactly to your requirements.
